WebAfrica & Openserve

I ordered a package for 10mbps at a value of ZAR619 in Nov 20 however since then WebAfrica & OpenService are now charging me with ZAR969..for the month of March they double billed me on 01Mar/25Mar and again on 01Apr...when I called their call centre the Indian woman who was assisting me dismissed my claims and slammed by phone in my ear (after over an hour of holding on) WebAfrica-Openserve are running a pyramid scheme where they offer you package and charge you for another.... please double check and triple check all your billings with this ******** enterprise
