The support department is full of promises to resolve issues. Unfortunately, that's where it remains. Everyone is very keen to ask for your ticket number, and then goes out of their way to assure you they will deal with the issue.

If you want a service provider that provides promises, but no service, look no further. If you want a smooth internet experience, WebAfrica is not the company for you.

Hello, I've dealt with your service department on numerous occasions, with the exact same promise to "address" the situation. All I get is more ticket numbers, I'm done wasting my time. Regards.
