Webafrica - only sales agents available but no agents for faults

The only way to log a fault is through a whatsapp line and one can never get a agent to actually assist. Its been 2 days sitting on the whatsapp chat and to no avail. But the account is religiously debited at the end of the month. The do not have any numbers to contact them other than a whatsapp line and the only way to get an agent immediately is for sales. This is so frustrating.
