WebAfrica only has bots working there!

We migrated to them in June - they charged us for a router that we did not receive. When I asked for a credit note - our service was stopped. You can only speak to Bots. It is so frustrating - lost 2 days of work time now. I want to cancel my service - still waiting for a Bot to respond! They however have our banking details from a contract in the past and I am unable to stop payments. There is no access to speak to a real person!
