Webafrica offers shocking customer service - don’t use them

want to log a serious complaint with you

On Tuesday last week my WiFi went down. I logged the call immediately and it took till Thursday for anyone to come to attend to it (after numerous follow ups by me with no commmunication no update and no eta).

Eventually on Thursday a vumatel team arrived and “fixed” the problem.

I had WiFi for half a day and it then went down again

After numerous follows by me with my once again no clear communication or next steps I finally got a call from someone at vumatel to ask me if I have recieved “a quote” telling me that they will not help me till I accept said quote which I have never recieved

I followed hp again with the call centre who don’t even know I should have recieved a quote at all!

Webafricas customer service is terrible
