WebAfrica (Octotel)

Very poor service and communication from WebAfrica / Octotel.

Fibre was installed at our premises, but the line has never been activated. We have followed up multiple times with both WebAfrica and Octotel and have received absolutely no response.

Having infrastructure installed but no active service — and no communication whatsoever — is incredibly frustrating. Based on this experience, I would not recommend either company.
