WebAfrica nowhere to be found with my money

Webafrica debited me twice the amount they were supposed to debit plus more. The contract said R599 and they took R1499 and when I try to reach out to them there are no agents to answer I was holding the line for over 2 hours for 2 consecutive days. Then I went on to try their whatsApp line they only gave me an agent a day later. When I did not reply to the agent for a space of 10 minutes they closed my call.

I now don't know how to query and my money is gone.
