Webafrica - not to be trusted, poor service

In August 2021, I was staying at a fibre ready complex and I contacted Webafrica to help with activating my fibre line. They sent me a router and a technician came out spent about 5-10mins and said it was a piece of cake because everyrhing was installed. I moved in March this year and asked them to connect me to metrofibre coz my new complec had metrofibre installed and so my cable was not connecting to the wall connector, I explained to the *Jayalutchmie Vanz* that I just need a connection and that my old apartment was installed when I used their services and he said there will be no installation charge. Only R265 for connection, which I was charged for and paid accordingly. In April 2022, they send me an installation charge invoice of R2880 and I querried it and they told me its not a charge coz its a claim back. I asked fotlr what as Webafrica has never done an installation for me. However they tried to debit my account but I had not provided for it in May so they sent me a email to say my line willbe deactivated and I tried to enquire and the fact that the only contact mode is whatsapp does not make things any easier. They debited my account in June with the full value, still disconnected line and I had not sent their router back coz I was waiting for feedback on my query and there went anotherdebit order of R900 odd and nobody has bothered to contact me, I guessaccording to them service has terminated but I am still waiting for a an answer as to what dothey term as installation and how do they charge for a servicethey never provided? Feels like it is just a ****. They kept telling me their escalating my issue, the managers will contact me but 2months later I have not had any proper attention given to my query. The provisioning team they put me through didnt seem to even understand english. I have never experienced such incompetance, lack of customer service and lack of communication as I have experienced with Webafrica. I would not recommend them even if they were the last service provider available.
