Webafrica not so Bad.

Earlier on I said that Web Africa offered me bad service. After I paid my line was still not opened and they said they did not see my payment. It was frustrating hearing that. But few hours later, Capitec refunded me fully. It seemed the problem was on Capitec's side and not the ISP.

After that I made payment again, and my Fibre line was opened immediately. But I am still not happy how they handled it, they could have calmed me down, instead of just leaving me to my frustrations.
