WebAfrica not responding not communication on live chat or any platform....

Please know the following: When doing business with WebAfrica you can not get hold of them WebAfrica. I have really tried no luck. Today I phoned in holding the line for about 25min. I am now holding on the live chat option WhatsApp for 50min..... and still holding. Not sure how they do business but for me as I get surprised Billings and no answers and internet downtimes. I even logged a complained on HelloPeter.com hoping for them to contact me in June. Nothing, nothing.
