WebAfrica NOT refunding, and its been weeks

Dear WebAfrica,

I'm due a refund on my card, and guess still hasn't been processed. My account shows a credit to be refunded. NO I don't want a credit on my account... I was wrongly invoices etc. but now ... I have to contact every time to ask when is this going to be processed. And only having WhatsApp to communicate with and getting someone differently every time, argh, and that the same time they are answer multiple issues for other clients.
