Webafrica NOT internet provider

Worst internet supplier. Cancelled my fibre as Webafrica can't supply me with a service but gladly takes my money. Now when it comes to paying back credits suddenly no agents are available to do follow up. No response or updates from webafrica. Clearly only a service provider that only looks after themselves and not the consumer. 48 hours turnaround time turns into days without any communication. Very very poor
