WebAfrica - Not helping with cancelling my service.

I have a 1Gbps line and the speed has never reached even 300Mbps. Despite several support tickets, still they have never been able to help with my issue. Now i would like to cancel the service and i am still not getting the necessary assistance so that i can just cancel.

For months now i am failing to cancel my service with WebAfrica. For months now, i haven't been able to be routed to an agent who can assist me with cancelling my service and they continue to debit my account despite numerous requests to cancel my service.
