WebAfrica not Customer oriented Zero customer service

Worst customer service ever... From unhelpful whatsapp agents to tech support that have no clue what they doing... Signing up or upgrading your service they quick to respond that response time is less that a min... But once you have a problem you will wait for months... My accounts have been debited twice since last year October through countless hours of trying to fix it even going to thier offices in Wynberg all you get is promises but nothing will get resolved.. There best seevice is taking customers with problems foe a fool and that whatsapp support group is just a means to waisting customers time
