Webafrica not closing

I have closed my account with Webafrica, but they keep adding new services. Communication is dismal and utterly inefficient. They don't appear to care and have become a nuissance, despite the fact that we have had a good client-ISP relationship for about 8 years. Without prompting, however, they seem to have no intention of closing my account.

I have received too many ticket numbers already. Your anonymous approach to business is virtual and ineffective.
You have my client number, contact details; use these. Someone from your office calls me at inopportune times, only to set an appropriate time for a call that is then never made. You don't bother to take an interest and we're headed for legal action and all attendant publicity. It is an offensive end to an otherwise fair relationship. Johan Delannoie

There is no response without Hellopeter. After Webafrica confirmed that "... all the services on your account have been cancelled", I raised the last issue, namely that "That leaves the matter of the billing for July, charged in advance on 01-06-2017. Since all charges were credited for July, I must receive a refund of R 882.00 for July."
To that, I received a ticket number: Ticket ID: ***; Subject: RE: Month 3: Your Fibre Pre-Order Update; Status: Open.
This has nothing to do with the refund and is also contrary to their statement that all services on my account have been closed. It is typical of their behaviour: complete denial of the issues at hand and faceless, ongoing harassment. No one at their company has the courtesy to deal with their customers, or else they don't have the capacity to perform at a level commensurate with their business status.
To be avoided.
