What a Waste of Time!!!

I've been a client of them for +/- 2 years first on CellC LTE, when they lost that deal we were switched over to Telkom LTE and that process was smooth and painless. Big job to switch everyone over at the same time.

The Telkom reception is not great in my are so I decided to switch to MTN still with them.

They are so good at getting you on board. Woke up on the 1st July and I'm without internet. That same morning I get my delivey of my MTN sim, well they sent me a free router as well. Now I'm sitting with 2 routers and NO internet.

I've spent endless hours with them on whatsapp and on the phone @ my expense. I have multiple tickets on their system. Been promised and asked to wait another 24hrs because the system somehow didnt request a activation request and had to be manually done. This is now Friday. After they missed the advertised 48hours for activation.

Today and still nothing. No one gets back to you. They got the money. Who cares? This is not acceptable. I'm giving them till tomorrow and if not. I'm cancelling my internet that I dont have.
