Webafrica NON service

I sm aphold with webafrica. It's a disgrace that one can't speak or get hold of support. Supposedly friendly sales staff drop the phone in your ear if you need support. Get this, you can speak to sales BUT support can only be reached via whatsapp. I need a better service provider. Any recomendations? Webafrika is going down!
