WebAfrica Non Service and *****

WebAfrica is a very dishonest company. I had made use of their services for more than 12 months and had honored my part.

I had moved premises and requested to have the address changed, which was not done nor the process advised. I had to pay for the service for a month and was not able to use it. I then relocated to a different province. I had requested numerous times for the account to be cancelled as I was out of contract term.

They never cancelled.

Now WebAfrica is trying to debit 2k from my account every month. They are are busy committing theft and *****.

When you try to make contact with them they transfer you between departments and nobody can assist or give you proper feedback.

I would recommend WebAfrica to anybody and I would like to lodge a complaint with the ombudsman.
