Webafrica - Non service

i have been with Webafrica since they took over POLKA so a very long time and initially they were great BUT nowadays they are unaccountable by voice. i cannot speak to anyone except sales who refer me back to watsap with a robot. so my e-mail is not sending for three weeks now. AND the monthly fee was increased without notice. my wife persevered on watsap (we are pensioners and use practically no data or internet) to cancel with them, and the fee was reverted to original for one month without refund. THEN it increased again without notice.. I recommend AVOIDING Webafrica due to my experience of their NON-SERVICE. Sincerely David Wicksteed
