Webafrica non service

I've been a customer for 2yrs now and upgraded my 10/10 FUP line all the way to 100/50 and honestly they take money for nothing. There is absolutely no difference now then when I was on 20/20,infact streaming services buffer more. Trying to get through to Webafrica is extremely difficult, and even when you do it makes no difference. Nothing is ever resolved. There useless Bot service is time consuming and unhelpful and again never resolves anything. I do not recommend them as an ISP and openserve should be closed. Highly irate client and plan to change fibre services asap!
