Webafrica NON EXISTING SERVICE

Vumatel completed my installation on 19 May 2021 and advised that the line would be active within the next two days and should I experience problems contact my ISP Webafrica. Ten days later I am still waiting for Webafrica to provide a username and password. All attempts to connect with customer support have failed. Non existing service and no updates from Webafrica!
