Webafrica Non-Existent Service Delivery

I placed an order for a UPS on 29th April after receiving a mail advertising the item. I did the necessary and was told that delivery will be in 3 days. I have contacted them on numerous occasions only to be advised that it has not been despatched. I have been told that someone will contact me but to no avail.

This frustrating experience makes me want to change ISP. All they need to do is ask someone to call me and advise on delivery which is a basic request.
