Webafrica Nobody Home

It is impossible to get hold of anyone. My service was suspended for some unknown reason. A card that they’ve been debiting since May has now suddenly been deemed invalid. That’s according to their employee Bifia that phoned me on Mon. She said I must go to my bank, and she’ll call me back on Tues at ten thirty. Nobody called back. I’ve since changed my card but cannot get hold of anyone to speak to since Monday. That WhatsApp and toll free number doesn’t work.Please help, I need to work online and need to be connected.
