WebAfrica - NO Support or Answer from Call Centre

No One at support is responding on Webafrica Whatsapp channel or FB Messenger within 2 days. Call Centre not answering phones or calling back after several hours on different calls. I moved to WebAfrica from Telkom 1 month ago due to better pricing and regret it already. My business Fiber line is down and we cannot receive VOIP Calls or emails etc. No One is responding. Worst service provider ever.
