Webafrica - no show !

I am only giving one star as it is the starting point. Unbelievable pathetic service. My fibre is offline for 3 days. You must make use of WhattsApp live chat and are not allowed to talk to anyone personally. Tried for 3 days to livechat with agent. No luck. Then indicated on live chat that I woulld like to buy a service. Within 2 minutes 2 agents phone me. One with his kid making a noise in the back. Surely this “proudly working from home” company does not get it right. Day 4 and still waiting for a callback…… STAY AWAY FROM WEBAFRICA !!!
