Webafrica - NO SERVICE WHATSOEVER!!!!!!!!

I wish I could rate it as a zero - as that would be more accurate.. No answering of telephones or any communication whatsoever. I am trying to communicate with them to change my contract ( for at least again the last two weeks now). I am gatvol of their "jokes" and just more infuriated while I have to listen to that **** - in stead of someone just bothering to answer the phone. The line speed that I have been paying for (100MB ps) never gets over 20 to 30 MB per second - and I have multiple screenshots of line speeds at different times of the day to prove that - even with my laptop being plugged in online. Quite simply - I am way beyond GATVOL!!!
