Webafrica no service, no presence

The service stopped working in October 2019. Multiple emails to *** go unanswered. The Call Centre is not answered and you are left holding for periods longer than half an hour.

The cherry on the top, they keep emailing wanting the return of their router, but are not available through any medium for me to respond?
