Webafrica NO SERVICE

I am a new customer. After waiting for 11 days just for the router to be delivered.....I understand it is lockdown but I can walk from Cape Town to Pretoria in 11 days. Point is that everything is correctly installed but there is no Internet connection. No one is answering their phones at Webafrica. No service at all. This is 2020 and businesses are going down, just to show webafrica do not care about service delivery.
