WEBAFRICA NO SERVICE

No Service at all. I have been trying to get hold of WEBAFRICA for over a week. Internet comes and goes as it pleases. Been on hold for hours, on the WhatsApp line for days and nothing. Been promised call backs... nothing. Got hold of an agent briefly last week who told me to ask Telkom....
