Webafrica no service

We've had no internet for a week! No explanation, no return calls and this WhatsApp bot communication tool is *******. So disgruntled to the point that I want to cancel. Shopping for alternative solution. Covid positive, can't leave the house, can't work and obviously no WiFi so there's nothing much I can do? Service is horrible!!!
