WEBAFRICA - NO SERVICE

So disappointed with Webafrica and their service recently. Tried for ages to contact support and someone gets back to you on a whatsapp chat line 12 hours later when you aren't around to resolve anything.

Guys you would think that with more people working from home you would gear up your support to ensure no interruption in your service. Im ready to move both our accounts - to a company that will provide the support you need when you need it. I don't want to deal with chat bots. Its very frustrating as a customer.
