Webafrica no refund

I placed an order for installation with Webafrica. I was advised that installation would be done 4 November 2021. The technicians arrived, and then inform me that our area is NOT covered by Vumatel. This, after checking coverage, and paying, etc. I put through a request for cancellation and refund on 5 November 2021, and was advised that it would take 10 business days for the refund to be done. Till date i have not been refunded. The waiting time to chat to an agent on whatsapp is ridiculous! I have already done numerous requests to check on my refund but to no avail. Webafrica is totally useless! They are totally confused, and their customer service is a joke.
