Webafrica NO INTERNET CONNECTION

I cannot believe that people sit without fibre/internet for an entire week. I have logged this fault twice already and no one has contacted me regarding an update or the status of the fault. People work from home and it affects them financially. I am disgusted at the service in South Africa!!!!!
