Webafrica - no idea whats after sales service is!

They may be cheap - but so is their service. Really, really bad. Every month they somehow ***** up my credit card deduction, every month I sit literally hours to connect and get it sorted and they repeat the same thing over and over. And NEVER try their Whatsapp service - 4 times I tried - easy 20 mins waiting with nobody answering. Hey Webafrica Management - employ people to man your service desks - stop being so cheap! Have cancelled my service - worst in SA.
