Webafrica no help no wifi

I'm not sure if I am the only one experiencing issues with Webafrica or is there anyone else. I have app**** for unlimited wifi Vumatel and also paid the R249 as requested by them to make my connection faster. But the router was delivered 2 days ago I'm still not connected. And they only means of communication is through watsapp which you will have wait an entire day to speak to a consultant. But after speaking to the consultant I still don't get helped. I'm not sure if this company is just a ****. Guys it's been 3 day's now and no one can assist me with my wifi connection and payment was done. All I do is get emails saying my ticket has been logged but no help at all.
