Webafrica No Help

So i am fed up with this ISP seriously. They want to pride themselves for customer service when in fact they dont give a damn about their customers they juat care about the money.

I have been trying to get help from them for the past 2 weeks. I was let go from my previous company and could not make payment for 2 months. Tried make arrangements to no avail. I sign my new employment contract little more than a week ago which is a work from home role. Then my service gets disconnected and no one is even prepared to help me or even wants to talk to me to help me so i can at least get my service actived so i can work from home. No customer care or anything they dont have a heart they just want money.
