WEBAFRICA NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT AVAILABLE

Web Africa is the most useless ISP I've ever used. Their whatsapp and call center are useless as you will never get a response via whatsapp or be able to get an agent via the call center. Don't use this ISP rather look for difference for peace of mind. I say this again don't use Webafrica are there is no customer support. For the past three days I'm unable to get in contact with Webafrica via whatapps to sort out my internet connection. I'm currently on hold of over a hour via their call center and still no luck. I'm mean it took them 3 week to activate my line and today I'm still not able however the debit order are via promote and on time yet their is no customer support available.
