WebAfrica - no customer service WHATSOEVER!!!

I have been trying to reach someone, ANYONE at Webafrica for assistance for 5 days. I’ve spent countless hours on hold, been cut off numerous times. No one calls back. I’ve submitted tickets online only to receive automated responses and nothing else. I AM BLOWN AWAY BY THEIR INABILITY TO SOLVE A SIMPLE BILLING PROBLEM!
