Webafrica - No Customer Service Given

Webafrica has the worst client services I have ever experienced. I am trying to get ahold of someone to assist for the past 2 months. They keep transferring me and I end up holding on for 30min before having to cut the call. I have written a complaint to the customer service department a month ago and nobody has returned my email as yet. I have been billed incorrectly and charged twice for a router I already had.

I have never dealt with a company with such poor service delivery. I literally cannot get ahold of anyone to assist me.
