Webafrica, no customer service!

Pathetic customer service! Every time I have a query I struggle to get assistance! Never have I ever had this poor service delivery, and I'm talking even government services! Days of waiting to "chat" to an agent on the WhatsApp platform and the app chat. There is no way to call and speak to an agent! Threatening to leave will only cost you because of the cancelation fee! So we have to put up with non existing customer service! This is beyond pathetic!!!
