Webafrica no customer service

If you are interested in getting a reliable service provider forget about Webafrica. If you want to no service then i suggest you contact them. Sorry you wont be able to do that. You can phone them and hold on for 2 hours or you can make use of their WhatsApp help which is just as bad. Guys when you provide a service please do it and check it yourself. It is frustrating to get anyone to talk to. But if you push for sales your call is immediately answered. So obviously they are only sales driven and feel zero for customer service. I app**** well in advance for an activations as well as a router. Line is active but router is still not with me. It is today the 7th yet they couldn't get that right but billing started already. Your customer service is non existing.
