Webafrica No Connectivity after 9 days

I took out a new contract at the beginning of July 2023. I was debited on the 12th July 2023. Nine days later, two routers later and I still do not have internet connectivity. I call them everyday. The two people who were meant to be assisting me have disappeared. The technicians cannot fix the problem and the nobody responds to me. I now am going to cancel and want the line released and my money back.
