Webafrica - no channel for customer support.

Since the beginning of taking on this "service" from Web Africa it has been the worst experience ever. One cannot get hold of any agent and you literary speak to a BOT for hours and then when I eventually get hold of someone then they are unable to help or promise to get back to you. I have tried getting a call back form a Supervisor, was promised someone would call me and still waiting. Having issues with my line and i cant get any help.

I have been with them for 3 months now, just for context. And received 1 call back from a agent but they were unable to assist or help with a resolution

TO ALL THAT IS CURRENTLY LOOKING TO USE WEB AFRICA AS AN OPTION, SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND ENERGY AND LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE.
