Webafrica NO assistance at all

Disgusted with the service of Webafrica , we joined WebAfrica and thought this was a good move , this was the worst decision i have ever made. Received the router with scratches on , lodged a complaint that the router is not working , was promised that it will work in 3 days , it did not , when we asked for a technician it was said that they dont have and we need to get someone. Everything is being done via whats app and you cant speak to any one over the phone and no email address can be used to speak to someone , we have given notice to cancel and sent the router back but being harased that we have not paid for their service of which we received none , how can i pay for a service of which i got none
