We hear the frustration in your message, especially after such a long wait for activation and repeated uncer*****y around timelines.*** has been actively escalated, and our activation team connected with your chat session earlier today. The matter has since been logged with our Openserve activation team, who are currently reviewing the provisioning status and working to complete the system activation as quickly as possible. You will receive an email update as soon as the service is fully activated on all relevant systems. We also understand your concern around ownership. In cases like this, accountability sits across dedicated activation and provisioning teams, with escalation oversight from our service delivery management team when delays extend beyond standard timeframes. Your case is now being tracked at that level to ensure it does not remain stalled. We know two months without a working fibre service is not acceptable, and this has now been escalated beyond standard processing queues to prioritise resolution. The team will revert to you directly with clear next steps and confirmation once activation is complete.
Warm regards,
Webafrica Crew
