Webafrica - nightmare service!!!

We are switching from LTE to fibre, both with Webafrica but all I can say is that their customer service is an absolute nightmare. They have promised to install our fibre but for the last 72 hours we have been without LTE and still no fibre after many many promises to sort the matter out. We are still awaiting a call from the managers as the agents simply have not given any feedback and rather pass the buck and transfer me from agent to agent. It has been FOUR days and still noone has been able to assist. This is a complete waste of my time and I am ready to cut all ties!!!!!!
