Webafrica Nightmare

Webafrica has been charging me for a 200/100 line for over 3 months , i have requested a migration to 50/50 so that my billing at least matched the speed as of now i am still being charged for 200/100 and wasting 400 a month due to Webafrica not being able to either give me the speed im paying for or charging me the right amount
