Webafrica nightmare

Pitty there's no zero rating, today marks day 34 with no internet connectivity, useless Webafrica keeps saying their technicians are working on the issue, been given numerous tickets in which they decide to just close them without verifying with us. When wanting to cancel I'm told my line can only be released end of December, so meaning I'll be without internet connection until the 1st of January 2023, that time they are Debiting. You had ample time to sort out my connection. I'm so annoyed.
