Webafrica - Nightmare

WIFI been down since the 17.11 and I'm still struggling with no internet. After requested call backs from team leaders/managers and surprise, surprise nothing. But there social media is busy, posting new ad's all the time, you have no regard for existing customers and clearly cant service them but you continue to market your "wonderful" service......... Absolutely pathetic
