Webafrica ngifuna imali yam

15 June 2025 I received a bill for my wifi connection I paid to WebAfrica, no connectivity I queried and I was told I paid into a wrong account I must pay to Vumatel my service provider I did and requested a refund. I sent all relevant documents and was promised that it will be processed in 48 hours, it never came till today the 14th of September my refund is not received when I query via Whatsapp I am always sent from pillar to post sending bank statements everyday and being told it is being processed. I pay my monthly subscription to Vumatel.
